Blueshift Networks are announced the winner of the West Sussex County Times Business Awards 2009 for
the Best Newcomer category. The awards took place on the 15th May 2009 at the luxurious setting of South Lodge Hotel near Horsham. The Business Awards were organised by The West Sussex County Times in association with Horsham District Council, Novartis, Chichester College and South Lodge Hotel.
Blueshift Networks feel honoured and privileged to receive the award for the Best Newcomer of 2009. The evening was thoroughly enjoyed by all and was a fantastic and prestigious event to attend.
We would also like to congratulate the winners of the other categories and the runners-up.

Blueshift Networks attend the film premiere of 31 North 62 East at the Capitol Centre, Horsham. The movie was produced by Horsham based company Fact Not Fiction and filmed mainly in West Sussex. The star studded, red carpet launch was a great success and Blueshift Networks congratulates Fact Not Fiction on a fantastic achievement and a great movie.

The Really Useful Business Show saw Horsham based company Blueshift Networks being selected for a unique business review with Lord Digby Jones.
The Really Useful Business Show was organised by Sussex Enterprise and held at the Brighton Centre on the 13th October 2009. The event hosted over 120 exhibitors, offered workshops, networking, motivational talks and practical business advice.
Sussex Enterprise members were offered the unique opportunity to win a one-to-one business review with, the events key-note speaker, Lord Digby Jones of Birmingham. Two companies were specially selected for this business review by Lord Jones himself and Blueshift Networks were one of those chosen.
The Business review was undertaken during the exhibition and attending the business review from Blueshift Networks were Managing Director Manish Modashia and Director Debbie Modashia. Manish commented “We are extremely privileged to have been selected by Lord Jones for this once in lifetime business review. The business advice and insight from Lord Jones was very helpful indeed”. Blueshift Networks were also exhibitors at the event.

Blueshift Networks announced it has achieved Select Certification from Cisco®. The Select Certification recognizes Cisco resale channel partners whose primary focus is on the small and medium-sized business (SMB) market with fewer than 250 employees.
Manish Modashia, Managing Director of Blueshift Networks said “Blueshift Networks are proud to have achieved Cisco Select Partner status. This will further enable us to provide enhanced SMB services and solutions. It also demonstrates our commitment to support and provide the highest quality of service to the SMB sector.
“The Cisco Select Certification was created in response to customer demand for channel partners to be capable of designing and implementing SMB-specific Cisco solutions," said Surinder Brar, senior director of worldwide channels at Cisco. “With the Select Certification, Blueshift Networks has made an investment in obtaining the training, skills and knowledge necessary to play a pivotal role in meeting this increasing demand.”
To earn Select Certification, Blueshift Networks fulfilled the training and exam requirements for the SMB Specialization. Blueshift Networks also met the personnel, training, and post-sales support requirements set forth by Cisco.
